  Winter is always the busiest time of year for the crew at Heat-Timer®, between helping clients get the most out of their heating controls, to answering questions, to helping our industry partners get the equipment and parts they need from our factory here in Fairfield New Jersey, well you get the idea.  And this year saw a new level of crazy, with the introduction of the Heat-Timer Genesis® , our brand new internet heating control designed specifically for small buildings. We knew we had a winner with this control but only a few months after its introduction, it’s clear that small building owners think so too.   The US HVAC systems market size was valued at  $16.54 billion  in 2021 and is projected to grow at a  compound annual growth rate  (CAGR) of 5.6% from 2022 to 2030.
